REMINDERS
Please obey the posted speed limit signs, your guests, extended family, aides and other visitors should be asked to obey the posted speed limits.
Our lawn contractor should be working on the replacement of the Kingston retaining wall. This retaining wall
impacts both Kingston and Edinburgh properties.
The driveway, concrete, tie walk, apron replacements as well as the tree and seeding lists, are finalized. New requests will be added to next year’s lists.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
As no one has come forward to run for the Board, all current Board members will remain active until next
year. New Director responsibilities will be communicated at our Annual Meeting.
Please join us at the Board of Directors Annual Meeting on Wednesday, September 9th at 7:00 pm in the
Rec Center. This starts a new fiscal year.
The Board has approved the replacement of the Whiskey Road fence; work is tentatively to begin around the
third week of September.
The Board has been actively getting renderings and estimates for modernization of both LKA entrances as
well as more improvements to the Recreation Center.
The Board is also considering a pool attendant next year to ensure the safety of our residents and guests.
Any pool rule changes are made to provide maximum safety for our residents and their guests.
As we begin the new fiscal year for LKA, we would like to encourage our many new homeowners as well as
all of our residents of the numerous clubs that are available to all members in good standing. Please refer
to our monthly calendar for dates and times to get involved.
