REMINDERS
Sheds are prohibited. Please remove any existing sheds to prevent a possible fine.
Window air conditioners are prohibited. Please remove any existing units to prevent a possible fine.
The new LKA monthly maintenance payment coupon booklets for the fiscal year 2026/2027 have been mailed
out to residents and should be used with the September payment. If you participate in Direct Withdrawal,
the new amount ($420.00) will automatically be deducted from your bank account on file. If you are sending
payments through your online banking, you will need to adjust the amount and make sure you have the
correct payment mailing address which is 710 Whiskey Road, Ridge, NY 11961. If you mail your payments,
please use the new payment coupons and note the payment address is 710 Whiskey Road, Ridge, NY
11961. Residents may also drop off their payment at the Administration Office. For your convenience, there
is a drop box located at the entrance to the office.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Annual Budget meeting was held on July 22, 2026. Thank you for your attendance and participation.
The LKA Board of Directors Election will take place on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The deadline for
candidates to submit paperwork was July 31, 2026. There will be a Meet the Candidates Night on Monday,
August 3 at 7:00 pm. The Board of Directors Annual meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 9th
at 7:00 pm in the Rec Center.
Effective August 1, 2026, the children’s hours for the pool are as follows:
Mon., Wed., Fri., Sat., & Sun. – 11:30 am to 2:00 pm
