HAPPENING AROUND THE KNOLL
Seeding will begin with PLC for those on this year’s seeding list.
Driveway work and concrete work have begun by Fifth Avenue Paving for those on this year’s list.
Work has started on replacement of the large retaining wall between Kingston Dr. and Edinburgh Drive.
The Whiskey Road perimeter fence replacement has started. Please do not approach the workers. Any
questions should be directed to the administration office.
REMINDERS FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
As a reminder, here are some tips to keep our community looking good:
Outside storage containers are not permitted.
Garbage pails should be moved to the curb no earlier than 4:30 pm the night before a scheduled pick up and removed from the roadway promptly after pickup. NO garbage pails should be stored in front of homes.
Please curb your dog and remember to clean up after them.
The Board’s policy does not permit relocating mailboxes due to the potential impact on parking and access for neighboring homes. The policy is intended to ensure that mailbox placement does not interfere with residents’ ability to safely park and access their properties.
