REMINDERS
Any resident who does not want any specific TruGreen application is responsible for roping off their lawn themselves. We will no longer be submitting a list of those residents who want to opt out of an application to TruGreen. Phone calls to the LKA Office or to TruGreen will not be accepted. Caution tape should not be up for more than 24 hours before and after the application. Please make sure that all garbage is secure with a lid on the receptacles so that it doesn’t blow around the
community.
LKA ELECTIONS
LKA Board of Directors Election will take place on September 8, 2026, followed by the Annual Meeting on September 9, 2026. Election information packets should be received by the first week in July. The deadline for candidates to submit paperwork is July 31, 2026. A Petition Signature page can be obtained from the Election Committee; Phyllis Sullivan, Keith Brandow, Peter DeMauro, Margaret Maso or Cynthia Naso. You can pick one up at the Administration Office as well. There will be a Meet the Candidates Night on August
3, 2026.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors will hold its annual budget meeting on Tuesday, July 28th at 7:00 pm in the Rec Center. If you would like to submit a question in advance of the meeting, please send it to the office via mail or email.
Effective August 1st, all information from the Board of Directors and the Club Chairpeople will now be shown on the Leisure Knoll Board of Directors Announcements Facebook page.
If you are not already receiving notifications from the Board’s Facebook Page, you must request to sign up. The Leisure Knoll Board and Office will not post on the Friends of Leisure Knoll’s Facebook Page. The Administration Office will be updating the files for future notifications. Please make sure they have a current email address on file.
