Welcome Fall! Fall is in full swing and so are the acorns and falling leaves. This makes for hazard walking especially if they are wet. So please be careful when walking about and enjoy the beautiful crisp weather.

As a reminder, all residents going south for the winter months, please submit the snowbird form to the Admin Office. Also, anyone needing priority snow removal for dialysis, chemotherapy, or radiation, please submit a doctors note or prescription indicating dates and times of treatments. This must be done annually.

Both forms can be obtained at the Administration Office.

Daylight saving time is upon us again. Please turn your clocks back one hour before going to sleep on Saturday, November 5th. This mean an extra hour of sleep on Sunday, November 6th, which is always welcomed!

The American Legion Women’s Auxiliary is having their Craft Fair on Saturday, November 5th from 10:00 to 2:00 pm at the Rec Center. Please come and support the Ladies Auxiliary.

There will be a Board of Directors’ Informational Meeting on Tuesday, November 15th at 7:00 pm in the Rec Center. If you have any questions you want to ask the board, now is the time! Winter is coming and I am sure there are questions regarding snow removal.

As most are aware, the driveway project and tree trimming /removal have begun. Please be respectable to the contractors and the extra traffic in the community.

QUESTIONS FROM THE COMMUNITY….

What are the hours that my contractor can work?

Contractors can work between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. No outside work is to be done on Sundays or holidays. Please check with the Architectural Committee if a permit is needed for your project. If you have any questions, the Architectural Committee meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 1:00 pm in the Craft Center.

Thanksgiving is a joyous invitation to shower the world with Love and Gratitude
