ROBO CALLS

Please be advised that LEISURE KNOLL USES THE ROBO CALL system to communicate with our residents about important information and events. In order to receive these calls, you need to have given your consent. If you are currently not getting these calls and wish to receive them, please go to Admin Office to sign up for this service. Additionally, information is also posted on channel 591 which is up and running after a brief interruption in April.

GARBAGE

Garbage should be in a pail with a lid or in heavy duty black garbage bags. Please do not leave white kitchen garbage bags at the curb because they can easily break open or be opened by animals leaving a mess in the street. This is a violation that is subject to a fine.

POOL SEASON

Opening Day for the pool will be Saturday, May 25th. Please obey pool rules which are in place for your safety.

CHILDREN

If you have minor children with you in the common areas such as the library, pool area, recreation or craft centers, please remember that it is your responsibility to keep them under supervision. Please do not allow them to touch electronic equipment, rummage through material in the library or act in a manner which could cause danger to themselves or others. Thank you for your cooperation.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Sheffield Gate has been damaged by a vehicle. President Ehmer has been in communication with the responsible party and insurance claims have been submitted. The gate will be repaired once we receive parts that have been ordered. The cost for the repair will be covered by the responsible party’s insurance.

The Board has installed three new speed limit signs throughout the community. We ask each resident to please be diligent in obeying the speed limit and in educating your visitors about the importance of the speed limit for the safety of all our residents.

A Cocktail Party was held on April 13th for all of our New Residents to get together and meet each other as well as learn more about our community. Thank you to Director Diane Costello, the office staff and board members for another wonderful event.

The Board of Directors is planning a Dedication Ceremony to celebrate the completion of our new Sports Court. It will be held on Saturday, May 18th at 2:00 pm at the court.

The Board of Directors encourages all members of the community to attend the informational meeting on May 21st at 7:00 pm in the Recreation Center.
