If you are having work done on the outside of your home and you are:
Hiring a Contractor:
- Download the Application of Exterior Work form
- Print three (3) copies and fill out each one
- Submit all copies of the Application of Exterior Work to the Architectural Committee along with a copy of your contractor’s liability insurance and certificate
Having You or a Family Member Do the Work:
- Print the Disclaimer form
- Print the Application for Exterior Work form
- Print three (3) copies of each and fill out
- Submit both the Disclaimer form and Application for Exterior Work form to the Architectural Committee
Please Note:
- The Architectural Committee meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 1:00pm to 2:00pm in the Craft Center with residents only, no contractors – see details on calendar.
