REMINDERS
In accordance with LKA Rules and Regulations, parking in front of a home is limited to the residents of that home and their guests. Please do not park in front of your neighbor’s homes. Additional vehicles can be parked at the Recreation Center parking lot.
Please check your circuit breaker panels. If they are Federal Pacific type, we strongly urge you to contact a licensed electrician to upgrade it. There have been safety concerns with this type of box. Financial assistance may be available through NYS Homes and Community Renewal Restore Program at:

As the days become shorter, we once again ask everyone to be mindful of the 20 MPH speed limit and for walkers to please wear reflective clothing.
Pets must be leashed and under the control of their owner at all times. Pets are not permitted on the common areas around the pool and Recreation Center. Thank you for picking up your pet’s waste.
The new LKA Monthly Maintenance Payment coupon booklet for fiscal year 2024/2025 have been mailed out to residents and should be used with your September payment.
If you participate in DIRECT WITHDRAWAL the new amount will be automatically deducted from your bank account on file.
If you are sending payment through your online banking you will need to adjust the amount and make sure you have the correct payee mailing address which is 710 Whiskey Road, Ridge, NY 11961.
If you mail your payments, please use the new payment coupons and note the payment address is 710 Whiskey Road, Ridge, NY 11961.
Residents may also drop off their payment. There is a drop box located at the entrance to the Administration Office.
Please note that the payment address has been changed from a PO box to 710 Whiskey Road some months ago. The PO Box will be discontinued and will no longer accept payments. In order to avoid late charges PLEASE CHECK THE PAYMENT ADDRESS before sending in your payment.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HELD A BUDGET MEETING ON AUGUST 21ST. THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO SUBMITTED QUESTIONS AND THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED AND PARTICIPATED IN THE DISCUSSION. WE HOPE YOU FOUND IT TO BE INFORMATIVE.
THE LKA ANNUAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH AT 7:00 PM IN THE RECREATION CENTER. WE WILL INTRODUCE THE 2024-2025 BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND REVIEW THEIR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY.
