Summer is over and the pool is closed until next year. We are now in fall and the beauty of the season is upon us. Leaves will be changing color, apple and pumpkin picking are in full swing and the coolness of the season will soon be here. Enjoy all the nature has to offer.

If you have letters that you wish the Board to address, please remember to sign your name and give your address. Please do not put them in the Board members mailbox. They cannot address them individually. Bring your request to the Admin. Office, letters are addressed by the entire board.

Tis the season of falling acorns from Oak trees. Please be careful when walking. Always remember to wear sturdy shoes or sneakers. Flip-flops will increase your risk of falling.

MEET AND GREET! Enjoy some coffee with Councilman Mike Loguercio on October 28th at 10 am in the Rec Center. Mike will be answering questions and providing the community with information about town services.
PleaseRSVP to the Administration Office by October 21st if you plan on attending and let us know what topics you wish him to cover.

There will be an Informational Meeting in November. Perfect Lawn Care, (PLC) will be in attendance. Date and time TBD.

All PODS and dumpsters are to be placed in driveways only. Dumpsters are to be on blocks, and both require permits. Permits for dumpsters and PODS are for 2 weeks only. If you need to have them longer than 2 weeks you will need to renew your permit with the Architectural Committee.

Please remember, when you are the last group or person to leave the Craft Center or Rec Center at night, turn out the lights.

Reminder: Contractors are not to begin any outdoor work prior to 8:00 am. NO WORK IS TO BE DONE ON SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS! There have been a few incidents where work has started prior to 8:00 am. This is a violation and can lead to a monetary fine.

The Board has discussed and agreed that food and drinks can now be enjoyed in the Craft Center. Please be respectable and clean up after yourself. A clean environment is enjoyed by all.

Posting of signs is not permitted in the community. Signs that have a negative comment about neighbors, vendors, employees, and others are a fineable action.
