REMINDERS
Please be mindful of the 20-mph speed limit in the community and please come to a full stop at all stop signs.
If you are driving in the Recreation Center parking lot, there is one entrance and one exit which are clearly marked. Please obey the signs or you may be subject to fines.
For your convenience, a drop box has been installed at the Architectural Meeting Room Door so that you may drop off your applications for exterior work.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors Informational Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 20th at 7:00 pm. We encourage all residents to attend. We will be discussing an upgrade to our security systems and procedures and have invited a representative from IAL Security to attend the meeting to explain how the new system will work. If you are unable to attend the meeting, do not worry. Detailed information will be given to all residents before we implement the new system.
We are currently working to make our website secure. Certain functions will be password protected so that it will only be available to residents. We will notify you of the password once it is completed. We appreciate your cooperation during this time.
The month of May is the gateway to summer.
