REMINDERS

PLC mowing takes place on Mondays and Tuesdays. We recommend that you do not water on those days.

To all the pickle ball and tennis players out there – you will have a much better experience if you use balls that are compatible with the new surfaces. For Pickleball and Tennis we recommend using Wilson Profile all court tennis balls.

LKA Board of Directors Eelection will take place on September 10, 2024. Election information packets should be received the first week of July. Deadline for candidates to submit paperwork is July 29, 2024. There will be a Meet the Candidates Night on August 1, 2024.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board has voted to accept next year’s budget with an increase of $45.00 to the HOA fee. The new monthly fee will be $380.00. This decision was difficult, however, necessary to maintain our community. We encourage everyone to attend the Community Budget Meeting scheduled for August 21st at 7:00 pm.

No other date on the calendar more potent symbolized all that our nation stands for than the Fourth of July.
