HAPPENING AROUND THE KNOLL
Saturday, January 10th is the Entertainment Committee Ticket Sale for Throwback Tunes and Good Times – Rec Center 10am to 12 noon.
The Throwback Tunes and Good Times Evening (Live Band), hosted by the Entertainment Committee will be held on Saturday, January 31st from 6:00 to 10:00 in the Rec Center.
Ticket Sales for the Super Bowl party will be held on Friday, January 23rd from 5:00 to 6:00 pm and again on Saturday, January 24th from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in the Craft Center.
REMINDERS
Sheds are prohibited by our bylaws. Rodents are looking for a place to stay warm during the winter. Please REMOVE ALL SHEDS to avoid possible fines.
As snow season begins, remember to keep vehicles off the roads during plowing activity. Extra parking is available in the Recreation Center parking lot. If cars are left on the roads during a snow plowing event, you can be fined or towed at your expense.
Letters to the Board of Directors should contain the name and address of the resident as well as a signature so the Board can respond appropriately.

The Leisure Knoll Architectural Committee members have been listening to many of your ideas and suggestions for some long overdue changes to the Architectural Section of the Blue Book. We are delighted to share that sometime in January you will be receiving an updated Architectural Section to the Blue Book, which will replace the old section.
Congratulations to our 2025 Holiday House Decorating Contest. As always, it was a very difficult decision. This year there were so many beautiful and festive homes to choose from. Below are the winners:
