with their Real Property Tax Exemption applications and renewals. Call the Administration Office to be placed on the
attendance list. See attached flyer in this month’s distribution for more information.
REMINDERS
When walking your dogs, please remember to keep them off the lawns and pick up all waste. They are not to be walked on sidewalks. Please walk in the road. Please be mindful that your trash and recyclables are secure when you put them out on the curb. We have had some issues with debris in the community, particularly on windy days.
We have been hit hard with snow this season. Please move cars off the road when we ask. DO NOT park on the grass. If you park in the Recreation Center parking lot, our contractor and staff will assist with the removal of snow once the event ends so you can reclaim your car.
Ice melt/rock salt or potassium chloride will eat away at concrete. Instead, consider using calcium chloride or magnesium chloride.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
We anticipate that work to replace a non-working AC unit in the Recreation Center will begin this month. The Center will be unavailable for approximately 2 to 3 weeks. More information will be shared when it becomes available. This may delay our scheduled Residents Informational meeting. If so, we will reschedule the meeting to a future date.
