Please keep our community looking beautiful by not leaving garbage pails outside.
WHAT’S ON YOUR MIND?
Many of you may have noticed that work on the TENNIS COURTS has begun.
At the Board Meeting on October 24th, the Board voted to contract with Gappsi, Inc. to refurbish the tennis court area. The actual work started much earlier than anticipated as the contractor had an opening in his schedule.
Currently, we are waiting on materials that have been ordered and work will resume as weather permits once the contractor receives the order. The plan includes three new pickle ball courts, a putting green as well as one turf tennis court.
The cost of the project will be deducted from our reserves which are established for the repairs and upgrades to the community and will not require a special assessment.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board voted to have NARCAN added to the AED stations in the Craft Center and Recreation Center. NARCAN is a nasal spray that is used to revive someone during a suspected Opioid overdose emergency. No special training, measuring, or assembly is required to use NARCAN Nasal Spray.
As a cost saving measure, the Board has voted to discontinue use of a lock box to process monthly maintenance payments. The lock box will be phased out over the coming months. We ask that you begin sending all payments directly to the LEISURE KNOLL ADMINISTRATION BUILDING at 710 WHISKEY ROAD, RIDGE, NY 11961.
If you are currently dropping off your payment or mailing it to the office or if you allow Leisure Knoll to automatically debit your account, no further action is necessary.
If you are currently mailing your payment to a PO Box or you are processing your payment through your online banking account and the mailing address is a PO Box, YOU WILL NEED TO CHANGE THAT TO THE NEW PAYMENT ADDRESS of Leisure Knoll Association, 710 Whiskey Road, Ridge, NY 11961.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will make every effort to ensure that every payment is switched over before discontinuing the lock box. If you have any questions, please call the Administration Office.
PLEASE BEGIN USING THE NEW PAYMENT ADDRESS NOW:
