This year we will be having an election for the Board of Directors. There are 3 candidates for 2 available positions. So get out and vote. Elections will take place on Tuesday, September 12th in the Craft Center from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Proxy ballots are accepted at the Admininstration Office as well.

Come and welcome your new board members!

As a reminder, only garbage goes out on Tuesday and Friday. Bulk items may go out on Friday. Up to 2 large items in addition to your regular garbage. Please call Winter Brothers at 631-491-4923 to inform them of a bulk pickup.

Please remember to follow the speed limit which is 25 mph in the community. It is getting darker earlier and we have residents that walk and walk their pets. Please wear clothing with reflector tape so you are visable at night.

Every once in a while you come across heroes or people just doing their job. They are considerate, knowledgeable, helpful and will to give assistance to members of the community they service. Is their job challenging? Yes, as they need to address all sorts of situations. I would like to thank the office staff, Karen, Laraine and MaryAlice for this day to day service in making this community function as wonderful as it is.

QUESTIONS FROM THE COMMUNITY: How do I report an issue such as a pothole, low hanging limb(s) on the roadways, or debris in the roads?

ANSWER: Please call or email the office with your concerns and they will open a work order for maintenance to address.

All great achievements require time.
