HAPPENING AROUND THE KNOLL
The Fall Festival/Halloween Party is Saturday, October 25th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the Rec Center. Tickets are required.
The Craft Center, damaged by a water leak affecting both the floors and walls of multiple rooms have been remediated. Restoration will begin shortly and is estimated to be complete within 30 days.
The LKA Administration Office will be closed on Monday, October 13th for Columbus Day.
Due to a staffing vacancy and the number of requests, seeding will be done by Perfect Lawn Care for those residents on this year’s seeding list.
Driveway work will begin for those on this year’s list. Residents will be notified of cost and scheduled date. Concrete work will begin on areas of concern in and around the community.
REMINDERS
FOB GO LIVE date, for access to LKA facilities, is scheduled for October 6th. Visit the Administration Office if
you have not gotten your FOB to pick one up. You will not have access to the Rec Center or Craft Center without a FOB as resident codes will be deactivated.
The Craft Center is closed until further notice.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board has approved the formation of both a Blue Book committee and a Budget committee to review and make recommendations to the Board. Please send a request to the Board with your qualifications (resume) if you wish to be considered for either committee.
