July is finally here and with-it beautiful weather. Hopefully the worst of covid is behind us and we can all move forward and enjoy our new normal.

The board is sponsoring a wine tasting presented by a local liquor business. It will be held on July 11th from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm in the Rec Center. Come out and join your neighbors for a tasty evening.

Window air conditioners and wall unit air conditioners are not permitted. If necessary, you can use a portable air conditioner on wheels that has a small vent to the outside. Fines will be issued if this rule is violated.

If common ground areas are overgrown and need to be trimmed, please notify the office so that a work order can be issued, and maintenance can evaluate the need for trimming. Please do not trim the common area yourself. This will result in a fine.

Reminder: Dogs and cats must be leashed when they are being walked. Dogs are not to run loose nor be tied outside in the yard. Pets should be always under your control. Violating this rule will result in a monetary fine.

Every homeowner has received information in a mailing regarding the board election. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, please read the information and return your resume and signed petition to the administration office no later than Friday, July 29, 2022 as the office is closed over the weekend. No petitions will be accepted after the close of business on Friday, July 29th.
