Well, the holiday season is upon us. It is that time of year where we celebrate with family and friends all that we are thankful for. It is also that time when we make New Year resolutions and promises. Some we keep, some we don’t. But we mean well. To all the residents of Leisure Knoll, have a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and a healthy and safe New Year.
Once again, all Leisure Knoll residents are welcome to join in our Annual Holiday House Decorating contest. Some residents are already in the spirit and have started decorating. This year judging will end by December 18th. Winning residents’ names will be posted in the January Newsletter and on the In-house TV channel 591. Good luck to all and happy decorating!
As a reminder, please keep the office staff aware if you have any changes in your contact information. For example, email, cell phone or any other contact information. This is for communication and/or emergencies if necessary.
FYI – The Admin. Office will be closed on Friday, December 23rd and Monday December 26th in observance of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
PLC will begin the final fall leaf cleanup on December 5th.
The Ladies Auxiliary will be hosting a complimentary Tea, Coffee and Sweets function for the community on Monday, December 12th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Tickets are free and will be given out on Saturday, December 3rd at the Craft Center. Come on out and enjoy!!
QUESTIONS FROM THE COMMUNITY:
WHAT HAPPENS IF VANDALISM OCCURS ON ANY COMMON AREA OR COMMUNITY PROPERTY?
The funds to repair, replace or cleanup come from the budget. If a member, his or her immediate family, guest, or contractor created the situation they will be held responsible to repair or replace the damaged property. If the offense is caused by the member, a possible fine can be issued.
What is Christmas? It is the tenderness for the past, courage for the present, and hope for the future.
