REMINDERS
When walking your dogs, please remember to keep them off the lawns and pick up all waste. Dogs are not
to be walked on sidewalks. Please walk in road.
Please be mindful that your trash and recyclables are secure when you put them out on the curb. We have
had some issues with debris in the community, particularly on windy days.
Perfect Lawn will be on site to begin spring cleanup with a tentative date the week of April 6th, TruGreen will
be applying the first application to the lawns the week of April 20th, Both dates are weather permitting.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The permit for replacement of the gate around the pool has been approved. Work will begin shortly to
ensure a timely pool opening date. This upgrade will prevent the risk of violations from the Board of Health.
The AC units in the Rec Center have been replaced to make sure we have a cool summer. Stop by and
see the upgrade to the ceiling tiles, the lighting, and the fresh paint. Please be advised that the phone has
been moved into the Library.
Due to limited usage of the bus, the Board has decided to cancel the once-a-month Friday bus run to
Smithaven Mall and Tanger Outlets.
